VOSIDO is an integrated e-mobility manufacturer dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing and global distribution of electric scooters, e-bikes, hoverboards and related products. VOSIDO operates its own modern production base, featuring automated assembly lines, an in-house frame workshop and an electronics testing laboratory. From frame welding and battery pack assembly to final assembly and testing, the entire process is self-controlled, ensuring every product passes rigorous inspection.

Quality Assurance & Certifications

Quality is the foundation of Vosido. We have established a full-process quality control system spanning incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC) and outgoing inspection (OQC). Before leaving the factory, every e-bike undergoes electrical safety, brake and function tests.

• IQC incoming inspection: 100% inspection of cells, motors and frames before stocking
• IPQC in-process patrol: Line inspection every 2 hours, full inspection at key stations
• OQC outgoing inspection: Sampling by AQL 2.5, with 100% safety performance testing
• Battery burn-in: Each pack undergoes charge-discharge cycling to eliminate early failures
