What is your minimum order quantity?
100 units per model for OEM orders. Mixed containers across series are welcome, so you can test several models in one shipment.
Can you supply products with CE / FCC certification for our market?
Yes. Every model is developed against the relevant standards and carries CE, RoHS, FCC and UKCA as applicable, with market-specific documentation prepared per shipment.
How long do samples and mass production take?
Samples ship in 7 working days for standard models. Mass production takes 25-45 days after deposit, depending on the model and quantity.
Can you print our logo and pack to our own artwork?
Yes. Logo printing, colourways, carton artwork, manuals and display packaging are all part of our OEM service. Send artwork or references and we return a sample for approval.
What battery options are available?
Most platforms offer several capacities - for example 36V 8Ah through 48V 20.8Ah - each with its own range and price point. The battery table on every product page lists the options.
How do you handle after-sales and spare parts?
We supply a spare-parts percentage with bulk orders, publish repair guides and answer technical questions online. Consumables such as tyres, brake pads and controllers are available separately.
Which payment terms and Incoterms do you accept?
T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance against the bill of lading is standard. L/C at sight is available for larger orders. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen and CIF on request.
